About the Firm

Jason E. Campbell, Esq.

A Mississippi native with two decades of courtroom experience — on both sides of the bench.

Jason E. Campbell, Esq.
Background

Born and raised in Greenville, Mississippi.

Attorney Jason E. Campbell was born and raised in Greenville, Mississippi. He left home to attend school and pursue other work, but in 2013 he returned to open Campbell Law Firm in his home state — and has spent the years since building a practice rooted in family law, criminal defense, and personal injury representation.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Delta State University, with a minor in Pre-Law. While there, he served as President of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and Vice President of the Agora Political Science Club.

Before law school, Jason worked as an Account Executive at C-Spire Wireless (Cellular South), where he was recognized as an outstanding salesman and community diplomat — experience that shaped how directly and clearly he communicates with clients today.

He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Court Experience

Law Clerk & Court Administrator, 7th Chancery District

Before opening his own practice, Jason served as Legal Law Clerk and Court Administrator for the Honorable Jon Barnwell.

In this role, Jason researched and drafted opinions for the 7th Chancery District Court — the same court system where Mississippi family law matters, including divorce and custody, are decided. He assisted Judge Barnwell with judiciary administration across six counties, implemented the Chancery Court's website, and worked directly with attorneys and the public to keep court operations running efficiently.

That inside view of how Chancery Court actually works — what judges look for, how filings move, where cases get delayed — continues to shape how Jason prepares every family law matter today.
